Payment Policy

Payment is to be made in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards or personal checks. Testing services are in addition to the regular fees. We are affiliated with Lincoln Family Medical Group, P.C. and our billing is administered through them.

Insurance:  If you are planning to use insurance: Please call your insurance company to determine if you need pre-authorization. Some cards have an 800-number on the back. Ask your insurance company what your co-pay will be for outpatient mental health Ask your insurance company if you have met your deductible and what benefits are allowed.

Fee-for-service financing. LCEA’s services are financed by charging fees which are either paid by our clients and their families or by third parties such as insurance companies, government agencies, employers or churches. We are not a tax-exempt charity nor do we solicit donations to support our work.
